Downstairs, we have: A new and fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and necessary utensils for 9 people. A comfortable lounge with TV, armchairs, fireplace and dining table. A toilet. A bathroom with bath.

The second floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the other one with 4 beds with option  to add an accessory bed.

The heating of the house is electric and there are radiators in all the rooms. The house will have approximately 100 square meters.

The town of Arties, in the High Aran is only 6 km far from the ski slopes of Baqueira Beret, and close to natural areas as National Park of Aigüestortes. Cultural and artistic splendor as the Valley of Boi. It is a perfect place for skiing, hiking and other activities and to relax and enjoy the fine cuisine of the region.
